Invoice management
Smartdoc allows automatic recognition of invoices and registration of booking information. Through recognition, the booking information is converted into a booking proposal. Booking information can be combined with analytical accounting elements. These functionalities are part of the Smartfin module.
Set up and manage workflows
Incoming invoices can be related to alerts and approval flows. Additional information such as notes on the document itself or additional documents such as delivery note, shipping note, e-mail, etc. can always be added.

Integration & connectivity
